SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

 

Our Sponsorship Program

As a McMahon-Illini Sponsor your company will be provided a wealth of recognition opportunities.  You will see your organization's name and logo on pertinent marketing materials and gain on-site acknowledgement at educational conferences.  Additional promotional opportunities are available depending on the category of sponsorship chosen.

Sponsorship Categories

Gold ($3,000)

  • Corporate logo included with other Gold Level sponsors on a professionally designed poster displayed during educational meetings and social hours.

  • 5 free meeting registrations to be used during the year.

  • A one year introductory membership for a new McMahon-Illini member (transfers excluded).

  • Inclusion of your brochure or other promotional item in the "Vendor Packets" that will be put together and distributed as part of the registration materials at our 3 meetings.

  • Listing on the "Sponsor Listings" section of each meeting's registration form.

  • Recognition award to be announced and handed out during lunch at the Spring meeting.

  • Name and address on the McMahon-Illini web site, along with a hyper-link to the sponsor's web site and e-mail hyperlink.

  • Free full-page advertisement in the annual chapter directory.

  • Recognition as a sponsor of the annual chapter gold outing.

  • Acknowledgement as a "Gold Level" sponsor in the annual chapter directory.

  • Listing as a "Gold Level" sponsor in each edition of The Beacon.

  • Free 1-page advertisement in each edition of the Beacon. 

 

Silver ($1,500)

  • 3 free meeting registrations to be used during the year.

  • Inclusion of your brochure or other promotional item in the "Vendor Packet" that will be put together and distributed as part of the registration materials at our 3 meetings.

  • Listing on the "Sponsor Listing" section of each meeting's registration form.

  • Verbal recognition announcement during lunch at the Spring meeting.

  • Name and address on the McMahon-Illini web site.

  • Acknowledgement as a "Silver Level" sponsor in the annual chapter directory.

  • Free full-page advertisement in the annual chapter directory.

 

Bronze ($500)

  • 1 free meeting registration to be used during the year.

  • Inclusion of your brochure or other promotional item in the "Vendor Packets" that will be put together and distributed as part of the registration materials at our meetings.

  • Listing on the "Sponsor Listing" section of each meeting's registration form.

  • Verbal recognition announcement during lunch at the Spring meeting.

  • Name and address on the McMahon-Illini web site.

  • Acknowledgement as a "Bronze Level" sponsor in the annual chapter directory.

Important Note

Our approach for funding our chapter educational sessions changes with this Sponsorship Program.  We will no longer solicit for contributions or sponsorships for individual educational meetings, golf outings, and special events.  This Sponsorship Program is a once-a-year opportunity.

Our new program will promote only our Sponsors; no other solicitors will be allowed to participate in this fiscal year.  The open enrollment period for the Sponsorship Program is March 1 through June 15.  This Program allows our Sponsors to have a one time investment for the fiscal year and no enrollments will be accepted after the end of the open enrollment period.

We all strive for professional growth, to be the best we can be.  This is made possible by the support of Sponsors in the McMahon-Illini Chapter of HFMA.  This partnership between Sponsors and Mc-Mahon-Illini is an important on that will help all of us achieve more.
